Practical Steps

Clarity begins in the nervous system.


  1. Feet on the floor (1 minute)

    Feel your weight. Press into the ground.


  2. Breathing reset (2 minutes)

    Inhale 4, exhale 6.


  3. Reduce input

    Turn off notifications. Create space.
