Cancellation Policy

At Endless Hope Renovation, we are committed to offering intentional, transformative coaching experiences. To ensure clarity and mutual respect, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following booking policies for all coaching sessions. 1. Booking & Payment Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our website or via direct communication with a certified coach. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. All prices are listed in USD and include any applicable Virginia state taxes. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or approved online platforms. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time. If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited and not eligible for refund or reschedule. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be treated as non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Refund Policy All coaching purchases are final and non-refundable. This ensures commitment and integrity in the coaching relationship. In exceptional cases, such as verified medical emergencies, a session credit may be issued at our discretion. Unused sessions as part of a package may be transferred to another date within the same program timeframe but may not be rolled over or refunded. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end on time to honor both your time and the coach’s schedule. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show. 5. Coaching Commitment Our work together is built on trust, presence, and mutual responsibility. Your session time is reserved just for you. Please show up ready, open, and on time to receive the full benefit of your transformation journey. 6. Policy Agreement By booking a session with Endless Hope Renovation, you agree to all the terms outlined above. We reserve the right to update this policy to stay compliant with Virginia state regulations and to better serve our coaching community.
